Parisa Ghaemi, is a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to fostering growth and healing in her clients. She graduated from UCI with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University. With a solid foundation in diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions, Parisa offers a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families ranging from young children to adulthood, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma, substance, and behavioral disorders. Parisa’s warm interpersonal skills coupled with a diverse professional background, enable her in developing tailored treatment plans that resonate with clients' unique needs.

Parisa’s counseling approach is deeply influenced by her belief in the connection between physical fitness and mental health. She integrates fitness and wellness into her therapeutic practices, recognizing that a balanced lifestyle enhances emotional resilience and overall well-being. This holistic perspective enriches her practice, allowing her to support clients through both traditional therapeutic methods and by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

Having traveled to over 25 countries and coming from a multicultural background, Parisa deeply understands diverse cultures, enhancing her ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds. As a trilingual therapist, she excels at building strong relationships and creating a supportive, empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
